HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALSIMPORTANT NOTICE!Dear HealthCare Clinical Laboratories Client, This letter is to advise you and your sponsored staff about modifications being made to the HCCL website, (www.HCCL.com). View Patient Results feature which will be rolled out in the next 30 days. An online Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that references CHW's Network Usage Policy for Providers, (NUPP) is being added to the site for you to review and sign electronically. By agreeing to the MOU and NUPP, HCCL is insured that each individual using the site to view patient results is compliant with the HIPPA laws and regulations. Also, you (aka the sponsoring provider), will be asked to review and approve the name(s) of the individual(s) that you employ and who currently have access to view your patient results. If a name appears that you no longer employ or is an employee that you no longer wish to sponsor, simply do not approve it. Those who are not approved will be deleted. Any new or additional employee(s) that you would like to sponsor and add as a user, must fill out the User Requisition Form (see example below) and return it to RDeiro@dignityhealth.org or Andrew.Frey@dignityhealth.org or fax to (209) 944-8447. This will allow a login Name and Temporary Password to be created and returned electronically. Additionally, for security purposes, the View Patient Results feature will require that passwords be changed every 180 days. Your support is appreciated.
